2. 2，产品名称：MODEL DESIGNATION OR CATALOGUE NUMBER
3. 3，生产时间：date code of at least the month and year of manufacture
4. 4，生产工厂代码， 只有一家生产工厂不需要有代码：FACTORY IDENTIFICATION（if more than one factory）

MARKING

标签位置 L1：贴在现场的灯具上，需要在换光源（relamping）的时候能看到。字体要求：S24

1. 如果改造后的灯具依然使用原有灯具的灯座（lampholder），防止用户换回以前的光源的一个说明。逐字逐句“This luminaire has been modified to operate LED lamps. Do not attempt to install or operate ___*___ lamps in this luminaire,” shall be marked on the retrofit luminaire where readily visible by the user during normal maintenance including relamping. “*” shall be replaced by the original illumination type such as “fluorescent,” “HID,” etc.

1， 安装retrofit kit时， 需要在灯具上打孔， 需要以下内容。

WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of LED retrofit kit. Check for enclosed wiring and components.

位置 L5：在说明书中， 字体要求：S24

1，说明书必须包含以下内容。WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.

9，LED灯管依旧使用原有的荧光灯灯管的灯座（lampholder）

Installers should not disconnect existing wires from lampholder terminals to make new connections at lampholder terminals. Instead installers should cut existing lampholder leads away from the lampholder and make new electrical connections to lampholder lead wires by employing applicable connectors.
